Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Nexus Hub collects, handles, and protects information across nexusprivate.net and its darknet counterpart onion gateways. We valued privacy as a fundamental user right.
1. Scope of Policy
Nexus Hub operates as a public documentation and educational portal. We do not store tracking cookies, personal details, or session analytics beyond aggregated server logs. Access to the site is possible via both clear‑web and Tor domains with the same privacy principles enforced throughout.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- No IP addresses are stored in connection with specific visitor actions.
- No browser fingerprinting, no JavaScript analytics or external scripts.
- No third‑party ads or cookies from external domains.
3. Encrypted Connections & Onion Access
All connections to Nexus Hub use HTTPS with HSTS enabled. When accessing the .onion service, the same TLS layer is maintained for end‑to‑end confidentiality. We recommend Tor Browser or Tails for complete security isolation.
4. Logs & Storage
Minimal server logs are kept for anti‑abuse and uptime monitoring. Logs rotate automatically and are not shared with third parties. No identifying metadata is stored beyond non‑correlative statistics such as uptime and mirrors availability.
5. User Communication & Email
We accept emails only through PGP‑encrypted channels (e.g. security@nexusprivate.net). Unsigned or unencrypted emails are automatically discarded for safety. No email content is logged outside PGP storage.
6. Third‑Party Services
Nexus Hub runs on self‑managed infrastructure. We avoid CDNs, advertisers, or cloud analytics. Font and icon libraries are locally cached to prevent external requests and reduce fingerprinting risks.
7. Your Control & Rights
You may distribute or mirror the public content of nexusprivate.net under an open‑documentation license with proper attribution. No personal data is held to be deleted or modified.
8. Updates to Policy
We periodically update this policy to reflect technical changes or legal obligations. Latest versions will always be signed with the official PGP key and published here and within the .onion portal.
